We are a family farm located in the Snow Camp, NC area. We raise pigs and goats in our woods using rotational methods. We started our farm trying to raise quality food for our family in 2020. We began with a piece of property that did not have any infrastructure beyond a house and a shed and have gradually added fencing and portable shelters. We are still working with our animals to convert some of our property into silvopasture, but are thankful that most of the poison ivy is gone.

Our pig program is based around heritage breed pigs that can thrive in a natural environment. We breed for hardy, input efficient animals with high meat quality. We currently raise Berkshire cross and Hereford cross pigs. Our pigs live in our woods in a combination of wooded paddocks and deep bedding pens. They are extremely smart and fun to watch. We sell breeding quality feeder pigs as well as pork.

Our goats are a combination of dairy and meat breeds. We have selected our stock for parasite resistance and good production. Our goat herd currently consists of Kiko, mini-Lamancha, Nubian Lamancha cross, and production dairy goats. We sell kids as well as chevon.
